The estimated delivery time depends on the city. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation SMS with a tracking number.
Return
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
At this time, we do not offer returns on international orders shipped to countries outside of Egypt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Items purchased during seasonal sales or at markdown
- Fragrancies, jewelry, and personal items (bandanas, beanies, leathers)Â
